We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Estates and Facilities Management to join our talented, dynamic and committed body of staff.


Head of Estates and Facilities Management

37 hours per week – Full Time, Permanent

Salary: Point 48 to 53 - £43,757 to £48,549

  • Provide a professional, efficient and pro-active estates and facilities management service for the Trust.
  • Have extensive estates and facilities management experience at a senior level in a customer focused environment, with experience of working in schools a distinct advantage.
  • Experience of managing a diverse estate.
  • Be able to demonstrate leadership skills - especially persuasive skills, capable of uniting many different areas, people and priorities without direct line responsibility.
  • Have a proven track record of financial management of significant operational and capital budgets.
